BIO    

Phill Wix (Bass, Vocals, Writer) – Born and raised in Miami, Florida. Phill picked up his first guitar at 11 years old, played piano at 12 and switched to Bass at 14. Phill has over four years of formal musical training and was awarded the John Philip Sousa for all-round musical knowledge and performance by his peers and teachers. He marched in the King Orange Parade two years in a row in the Miami honors’ band and performed in the Dade Countys' Honors classical guitar concert series. He has performed with the following instruments: Trombone, Baritone, Trumpet and French horn in and classical concert environment.

Past rock or other cover bands Phill has sung and or also perform guitar for includes Calamity Jane, Fullfoot, Left Over Tuna Fish Sandwich, and Crazo. Rock Cover bands Phill performed Bass are: The Punks, Thorian, DFX, ESP, Broken Silence, 2EZ, Rock Bottom, Legacy, Decades, Livid and Metal Witch.

Original band Phill has written and performed as singer with is: Dreamer. Included are vocal creational ideas in Criteria studios.

Other original bands he performed and/or written as bassist are: The Whatever Blues Band, 13, and the indi signed band Wraith. Phill has opened for CC DeVill’s band and Kiss Army. Phill has had thousands of fans worldwide after the successful release of Season of the witch in Europe and is a member of ASCAP.

Influences include: Geddy Lee from Rush, Steve Perry of Journey, Yngwie Malmsteen, Axl Rose and Duff McKagan of GNR, Jason Newsted of Metallica, Bruce Dickinson and Steeve Harris of Iron Maiden, John Entwistle of The Who.
